No, for everyone's safety-including the animals'-guests are not allowed to pet the bears. While they may seem gentle at times, bears are powerful wild animals with natural instincts. Our tours are designed to offer safe, close-up experiences that respect the animals' boundaries and ensure their well-being. You'll still get incredible photo opportunities and a chance to see their unique personalities up close during feeding demonstrations.
Group tours typically last about 1.5 hours. The private tour with the feeding experience lasts approximately 2 hours.
